Roscoe came from Second Chance in Oklahoma.  He is around 10 years old and is an emotional dog that craves love & affection.  He has the saddest most begging eyes.  He has lost alot of weight but still has allergy issues.  Roscoe is great with other dogs & people and just needs a chance to have a good life with a loving family.
