This is "Charley" he got dumped out in Coyote Country and someone saved his life by bringing him into the North Platte Animal Shelter in North PlatteNebraska.
Now "Charley" is looking for a forever home. He's a little bit on the older side but he is still pretty spunky. Charlie is neutered and looks to be blind in the right eye.
