Poor Harvey was given up by his family of 8 years because of "allergies". After being with his new adoptive owner for less than 10 days they said he is not a good fit. We cannot figure out why everyone lets sweet Harvey down! He is housetrained, good with other dogs and cats, and kids big and small!   Harvey is now in a great foster home with other dogs to play with and he's having such fun!   Harvey is loving the backyard.  Harvey is slowly learning that he has to sit for things he wants, like food and to go outside. He does have this whining/crying thing when he wants something, like to go outside or his food/toy. Harvey is a sweet boy and really happy go lucky considering everything he's been through up till now. We do think he needs to go to a house that has another dog or dogs as he LOVES to play. 

Harvey knows some commands including what "drop it" means. He is also a bundle of love and energy, even when he comes up for scratches he can't stay still from the excitement.

Like a typical beagle, he is a fast learner when food is involved! He's also crate trained and will sleep/nap in his crate when he wants some alone time.
