Chipper is a super sweet boy that was picked up as a stray and ended up in a high kill shelter. We rescued this loveable 9 yr. old guy just in the nick of time! Chipper is a small guy weighing in at only 22 lbs. Currently he is in boarding but really needs a foster or permanent home!!!!!
